The frame is built entirely by hand in our workshop.

The process starts with a conversation with each other, asking about the special need or the objective that is being pursued. Asking questions, exchanging opinions, finding out why until we are clear about what we want.

From there, we jump to the design: the components are selected and, with them, the key points to start the frame design are put in place. Geometry calculation, rider parameters, tubing selection... everything is incorporated into the development.

Once we have the design finished, the hands part begins:
Saw, file and torch.

After drawing up the plans and starting to cut the tubing and shape the frame, the welding process begins, a vital part of the frame construction, because if it is not done well, the frame will come out with stresses that can make the bike uncontrollable.

All our frames are checked for alignment, the alignment must be as close to perfect as possible and a certificate will be issued with the real values of the frame.

With the frame welded, the alignment will be checked once more and the welds will be polished to make it look flawless and impressive.

After that, all that remains is the painting process. You can provide your own design or we will do it for you, as we have relationships with great designers who will make each painting a work of art.
